01Product description
Wallman Premium Synthetic Enamel is an alkyd-based enamel that dries to a hard, brilliant hi-gloss finish on wood and metal. It levels beautifully, resists knocks and cleaning, and keeps its shine for years on doors, windows, grills, gates and furniture.

Typical values at 25°C and 50% relative humidity. Practical coverage depends on surface texture, porosity and application method.
05How to apply
Surface preparation
- Remove rust, mill scale and loose paint by wire brushing or sanding.
- Wipe off grease and oil with solvent.
- Prime bare metal with Red Oxide Primer; prime or undercoat bare wood.
- Lightly sand previously painted glossy surfaces for adhesion.
Application
- Stir thoroughly before use.
- Thin with mineral turpentine only if needed.
- Apply thin, even coats by brush, roller or spray.
- Allow the recommended recoat time between coats.
- Clean tools with mineral turpentine.
06Storage, health & safety
- Flammable — no naked flames
- Ventilate well while painting
- Avoid skin contact
- Keep away from children
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from heat, sparks and open flame, with the lid tightly closed. Flammable — do not smoke while painting. Avoid inhaling vapour; use in ventilated areas. Keep out of reach of children.
