Overview

Made for putty & primers.

Wallman Water Based Primer is an acrylic primer that seals porous plaster, concrete and putty, and binds loose surface dust into a firm, even base. Topcoats go on smoothly, colour comes out uniform and you use less paint. Low in odour and quick to dry, it is suitable for interior and exterior walls, on new construction and repaints alike.
